Glenn Harvey Miller, age 68, a resident of Marysville, died on Nov. 29, 2024, in Cosmopolis, Washington.

Glenn Harvey Miller, age 68, a resident of Marysville, died on Nov. 29, 2024, in Cosmopolis, Washington. Mr. Miller was born in Aberdeen on Jan. 18, 1956. He attended local schools and graduated from Hoquiam High School in 1975. He then enlisted in the U.S. Army and served two terms including terms during Vietnam.

After his honorable discharge, he returned to the Harbor and attended Grays Harbor College, then The Evergreen State College. He worked for the Boeing Company in Everett as a Quality Control manager, retiring in 2020 after 28 years with the company.

He was a gun advocate and a member of Big Top and enjoyed target shooting. But most of all, he loved his Pekingese dog, Gizmo.

Surviving relatives include his two brothers, Jerry Miller (Suzy) of Cosmopolis and Jim Miller (Jean) of Marysville; two nieces, Christina Bridges (Sonny) and Melanie William (Dashon), two nephews, Kirtus Kenway Miller and Jeffery Miller; and an aunt, Marion Gillham.

He was preceded by his parents, Donovan and Barbara Miller; a cousin Art Gilham and an uncle John Gilham.

A visitation will be held at the Coleman Mortuary on Dec. 16, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 17, 2024, at the Coleman Mortuary Chapel. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park. A celebration of life will follow at the Hoquiam Library.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
