JoAnn “Bubbles” Carver, age 79, of Raymond, passed away Thursday morning, May 28, 2020 in Auburn.
JoAnn, born Feb. 4, 1941, in South Bend, a daughter of the late Johnny and Arabelle Mieshbuhler.
She was preceded in death by her three sisters, Dorothy, Donna and Sandy.
Bubbles leaves behind her two daughters, Tina Shapansky and Teresa Bloomstrom. She was a loving grandmother to four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, and an aunt to many nieces and nephews.
She was a well-known resident of Raymond, where she graduated from Raymond High School and was a longtime active member of the Raymond Eagles. Her kind heart and strong caring character will be missed greatly by many family and friends. She was a longtime fan of the Seattle Mariners and San Francisco 49ers, and she enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley. She liked to crochet, play cards and take weekend trips to Seaside with family, and she spent a lot of time with her neighbors.
