John Hafford Davis, 86 of Copalis Beach, died on Jan. 17, 2023. John was born Dec. 28, 1936, to John and Hazel Davis. John was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvanis, and moved to Washington in 1966. Ten years later he married Carol Johanson.

John served in the Air Force before taking over a few occupations. Over John’s lifetime, he had several professions, working for JPL in California to owning Sunrise Market in Ocean City. John also worked at the Civil Services in Keyport, Washington, and was a lineman at Coast Communications.

John’s hobbies included being a master 3-D artist. He could draw a photo and turn it into a 3-D piece.

John is survived by his sisters, Sandra Vanmeter and Rebecca White; two grandsons Joseph Dalesandro and Jeremy Boulet; and one great-grandchild. He is preceded in death by his daughter Jaqueline Davis; brother Thomas Davis and sister Audrey Speakman.
