Larry Morris Paulsen passed away on May 20, 2024, at the age of 76. He graduated from Hoquiam High School in 1966. He was a quarterback for the Grizzlies Football Team at Hoquiam High School. After high school, he went to Grays Harbor College, then onto Central University where he graduated with a History Degree.
Larry was Vietnam Vet serving in the Army as a medic. He then went to work at the Longs Foundry with his dad.
He retired from the Joint Base Lewis-McChord as a landscaper.
He lived the last years of his life in Ocean Shores, Washington.
Larry was preceded by death by his mother Eileen Paulsen, his dad Clarence Paulsen and his brother Robert Paulsen.
He is survived by his sister Peggy Paulsen Tonan, a niece Lorene Paulsen Roth, two nephews Danny and Gabriel Tonan, plus numerous other members
A graveside service was held at Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam, on Wednesday May 29, 2024.
