Marilyn Jane Wiggins, age 85, a longtime resident of Aberdeen, died on February 2, 2024, at Harbor Regional Hospital in Aberdeen. She was born on August 1, 1938, in St. Paul, Minnesota to Charles and Evelyn (Ingram) Easbey.

She graduated from the University of Minnesota. Before moving to Aberdeen, she had lived in Coos Bay; Jacksonville, NC; Plymouth, NC; New Bern, NC and Columbus, MS.

Surviving relatives include her husband, Robert M. Wiggins of the family home in Aberdeen; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Donna Wiggins of Stuart, Florida; a daughter and son-in-law, Kristine and Frank Palermo of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Christopher, Caroline, and Jonathan Palermo; Audrianna Wiggins, Erin Elise Wiggins; and great-grandson, Hunter Jordan.

A brother Charles Easbey and a sister Virginia Erich preceded her in death.

A celebration of life is being planned and will be announced later.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
