Nadine Lavonne Harris peacefully passed away Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018, at her Hoquiam home. She was 95. Nadine was born on June 5, 1923, to Fancis and Freda Jobe in Doty, Wash. She attended school in Aberdeen and was a proud J.M. Weatherwax graduate. At 18 years of age, Nadine married Jack Denny Harris and spent many years creating memories before his passing. After raising her children Nadine went to work at Twin Harbor Drug in Westport, Wash. She was employed there for 11 years.

Nadine is survived by her son David Lee Harris of Portland, Ore., two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents Francis and Freda; husband Jack Harris; daughter Lynda K. Tometich; and sister Barbara Ellila.

At Nadine’s request no formal services will be held.
