Robert Dale Ashcroft passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, at his home in Copalis Beach, Washington, at the age of 71. Robert (Bob) was born on July 9, 1948, to Bernard and Vera Ashcroft. He was born in Corvallis, Oregon, and later resided in Federal Way, Washington, where he graduated from Federal Way High School. He raised his daughter Tammi, in Enumclaw, Washington, before retiring from Boeing and moving to Copalis Beach.

He is survived by his daughter and her spouse, Tammi Grant (Murray), along with his two granddaughters, Ashlynn and Kadence, who were the loves of his life. He is also survived by his older brother, Larry Ashcroft. Robert was preceded in death by his father, Bernard Ashcroft, his mother, Vera Ashcroft and his younger brother, Thomas Ashcroft.

Bob was a loving father, a wonderful friend to many and the best Papa in the world to his two granddaughters. He will be dearly missed in presence and forever engrained in our hearts and souls.
