Roger Dale St. George, age 67, of Aberdeen, Wash., passed away on Friday, Jan. 26, 2018, at University of Washington Medical Center with his children by his side. Roger was born in Salem, Ore., on Sept. 7, 1950, with his twin brother, Dave. He was the son of Colleene (Bybee) and Robert Gordon St. George, who was a Quaker minister whose ministry moved the family several times in Oregon and California.
Roger is survived by his siblings Dave, Tim, Mark, and Marsha, his two children, Randy and Kristy, his grandchildren Sierrah, Cameron, Sloane, Camillia and great-grandsons Sebastian and Theodore.
Roger attended Azuza Pacific University completing his MBA in 1979 and went on to become a 7-Eleven franchise owner in Caldwell, Idaho. Later, Roger and his family moved to Aberdeen to eventually franchise three stores which he managed until his passing. Roger loved his family, Classic Rock ‘n’ Roll, fine wine, golf and cigars, sunny beaches and the Seahawks.
A Celebration of Rogers’s Life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at 3 p.m. at Harbor Calvary Chapel, 108 South K Street, Aberdeen, WA 98520. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Roger’s church home; Harbor Calvary Chapel.
