Ryan Whipple, a lifelong resident of Grays Harbor County, Washington, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2020, at the age of 37 in Vancouver, Washington.

Ryan was born on Nov. 11, 1982, in McCleary, Washington, to Warren Whipple and Jennifer Smythe.

He graduated from Elma High School in 2001. After graduating from high school, he went on to join the Iron Workers Union.

He enjoyed the outdoors, motorcycle riding, tossing a football with his nephews and cheering on his beloved Seattle Seahawks.

Ryan touched many lives with his loving heart and infectious smile.

Ryan is survived by his wife, Heather Wertz; his mother, Jennifer (Doug) Smythe; his father, Warren (Jeannie) Whipple; sister, Heather (Ryan) Weisenburger; grandparents, Wally and M’liss Bentley and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
