Shirley May Creamer, 60, Elma area resident, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021, at Summit Pacific Medical Center in Elma, Washington.
Shirley was born on Nov. 3, 1961, in Soldotna, Alaska to Earl and Dorothy (Kahl) Fisler. She moved to the Elma area in 1995 where she went to work for Little Creek Casino as a security guard. She then worked at the Little Brady Store as a clerk for awhile. She then worked in Junction City Juvenile Correctional Center before working for the Washington State Parks Department as a park ranger at Lake Sylvia and Shaffer State Parks.
She enjoyed gardening, collecting rocks, mushroom picking, just being outdoors and driving logging roads. She also loved to grow dahlias.
Shirley is survived by a son Cody Creamer of Tacoma, Washington; stepsons: Cal Creamer of Matlock, Washington and Mike Creamer of San Angelo, Texas; brothers Jack and John Fisler of Kasilof, Alaska; a sister Kathleen Shropshire of Olympia, Washington; and a granddaughter, Talejah Overbey-Creamer of Elma, Washington. She was preceded in death by a son Curt Creamer.
There will be no services.
Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen, Washington.
