Tony Theodore Prindel, age 24 of South Bend, Washington, passed away on June 12 at the Willapa Harbor Hospital.
Tony was born in Redmond, Oregon on September 30, 1999, and was the child of Beth Mary DeVaul and Delbert Blaine Prindel. Tony began their life in Oregon and relocated to Washington in 2006, where they remained until their untimely passing.
Tony was an extremely smart, talented, and kind individual. Tony had a passion for helping others and expressed their desire to become a foster parent one day. Tony also had a wonderful talent for computers, technology was a huge part of day to day skills and interactions. They worked as a Systems Analyst Supervisor at the Willapa Harbor Hospital, where they expressed that it was the greatest job that they had ever had, with the best coworkers they have ever worked with.
Tony enjoyed spending time online with friends, connecting with others as far as Australia. Most importantly, spending time with their best friend, Seth.
Tony was preceded in death by their grandmother, Betty DeVaul and grandfather, Wayne DeVaul. Tony is survived by their mother, Beth DeVaul (Bruce Daniels); father, Delbert Prindel; brother, Jason Treichler; and sister, Anna Katzer (Matt Katzer). As well as their precious pets: cats, Mango and Ice Cream, and dog, Bella.
Before their untimely passing, they intended on finding happiness through their true self as Grace Ann Devall. We will forever miss their beautiful soul. We hope that they have found the happiness they were looking for under a sky more beautiful than this one.
A Celebration of Life potluck will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 1 p.m. at the McCleary Rock Harbor Church, 208 W. Pine Street, McCleary, Washington.
