Vincent E. Mansfeld of Raymond, passed away on March 2, 2017, after bravely fighting cancer for more than two years. Vincent was born March 17, 1944, in Tabor, Czechoslovakia. He came to the United States in 1968. He owned and operated an auto repair shop in Raymond for many years. In the mid 1980’s he went into the commercial fishing industry where he worked until his retirement.
Vincent is best known as an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt, target practice and just be in the woods enjoying nature.
Vincent is survived by his daughter Mandy Biggs, son-in-law Jay Biggs, three grandsons Race, Carter, and Sawyer, a sister Zdeka Mansfeldova of the Czech Republic and numerous friends.
A memorial service will be held March 18, at 11 a.m. at New Life Fellowship in Raymond.
