William Arthur Meyer, age 80, passed away peacefully Monday, Dec. 3, 2018, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was finally freed of Parkinson’s Disease that had plagued his body for over 20 years. He was born Feb. 13, 1938, in Hoquiam, Wash.
Bill is survived by his wife Nadine of 54 years, daughters Jenny (Austin) Martineau, Julie (Casey) Beard; Sisters, Barbara (Bob) Hines, Sandy Hampson; grandchildren Andrew Martineau, Nathan Martineau, Addison Beard, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. He is also survived by members of the Thomas Hampson family, who Bill discovered to be his natural family. Bill was a loving husband and a devoted father who would do anything for his family and friends.
Viewing will be Friday, Dec. 14, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Family Viewing will be Saturday, Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Funeral is Saturday, Dec. 15, at 11 a.m. All events will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Spanish Fork, Utah found at 325 South Spanish Fork Pkwy (formerly 2550 East), Spanish Fork, Utah.
