Aberdeen 4, Black Hills 3

Aberdeen scored two runs in the top of the seventh to win the nightcap 4-3 and sweep Black Hills on Thursday in Aberdeen.

The Bobcats trailed 3-2 with just three outs left before rallying to win the game.

Charlie Ancich led off the top of the seventh with a single and advanced to second on Hunter Eisele’s sacrifice bunt.

Goings’ speed then caused problems for the Wolves as the senior stole second, advanced to third and a few pitches later scored the go-ahead run on a balk call.

Aberdeen starter Baylor Ainsworth shut down Black Hills in the bottom of the seventh, striking out two of the three batters in the frame to secure the doubleheader sweep.
