Aberdeen High School senior Reagan Glanz has signed a softball letter of intent with Newberry College in South Carolina.
Glanz, a standout catcher for the Bobcats, has also played with the Washington Lady Hawks travel team based in Puyallup for the past three seasons. She has also played girls soccer and basketball at AHS.
A Division II school that plays in the South Atlantic Conference, Newberry went 33-16 last year year and played for the conference championship.
“I really liked the campus and it felt like a good fit,” Glanz said. “The team is competitive and plays at a high level. I’m looking forward to playing at the next level.”
Glanz plays on majority in pre-law while also earning a political science degree at Newberry.
