Ocosta’s Hollingsworth named Athlete of the Week

Ocosta sophomore Annika Hollingsworth was named one of the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association “Athletes of the Week” for Week 33 of the prep sports season.

The sophomore pitched her third no-hitter for the Wildcats, striking out eight, and went 5-for-7 at the plate with two doubles, a triple, and a homerun, while scoring five runs and adding seven RBI in a pair of victories.

Poggie Club meeting Wednesday

There will be a Grays Harbor Poggie Club meeting at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hoquiam Elks Lodge located at 624 K Street in Hoquiam.
