State Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced Monday his office will file a federal lawsuit against President Donald Trump, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and high-ranking Trump Administration officials. In the suit, Ferguson asks the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington to declare unconstitutional key provisions of President Donald Trump’s immigration Executive Order.
