Pacific Northwest Renewable Energy will begin construction this year on a 40-acre wood pellet manufacturing facility at this property owned by the Port of Grays Harbor near its Terminal 3 dock in Hoquiam. The $250 million plant will take 24-30 months to build, the company said.
